These terms govern your use of the Concrete Winnipeg website and your engagement of our services. By using this site or requesting an estimate, you agree to these terms.

Estimates and Quotes

Estimates provided by Concrete Winnipeg are based on the information available at the time and on a site assessment. Pricing is variable because no two jobs are the same, and it is determined by factors such as square footage, site access, ground conditions, finish, and time of year. A written estimate is not a final contract until both parties agree to the scope and price in writing.

Scope of Work

The specific work, materials, and schedule for your project are set out in your written estimate or agreement. Changes requested after work begins may affect the price and timeline and will be communicated before we proceed.

Site Conditions

You are responsible for identifying the location of private underground utilities, sprinkler lines, and similar installations on your property before work begins. Concrete Winnipeg is not responsible for damage to unmarked private lines. We handle required municipal permits and inspections, such as City of Winnipeg driveway approaches, where applicable.

Workmanship and Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship. Concrete is a natural material and some hairline cracking, colour variation, and surface change over time is normal and not a defect. Concrete manufacturers warrant the quality of their products. Damage caused by de-icing salts, chemicals, ground movement, misuse, or extreme weather is outside our control and not covered. Specific warranty terms for your project, if any, are stated in your written agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Concrete Winnipeg is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the value of the work performed.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada.
